Community
At Council Road we feel it is important to be on the journey. I want us to take a look at ourselves both inward and outward. Inward, what can you do to -take the next step in Community? Is it connecting to a Community group, a Connection class, a mentoring group? Is it to commit to attending a Bible study, Men’s Fraternity, Celebrate Recovery or a 12-Step group?
Outwardly, what is the next step? Is it time for your Community group to multiply? Do you need to open up your group and invite some new people? Is it time for you to start a group? If wereally do value and believe that God desires us to live in biblical Community we must continue to create environments where we can invite people to experience it regardless of where they are on the journey. What is keeping you from taking the next step in the journey?

Connection
The gospel of Jesus Christ never stops having implication in the lives of his people! There is a next step for each one of us. Some of you are disconnected from the life of the church. Maybe you take your place in Celebration worship each Sunday, but that’s the extent of your participation and your contribution. Could that describe you? The biblical pattern for us is not one of going it alone. Rather, we’re to be united in Christ for the Cause of Christ. This is God’s good plan for the church. We’re so much stronger and
effective when we journey together!
Our Connection classes are independent ministries designed to connect you to God’s Word and to His people. Gifted Bible teachers will help you apply the truth of God’s Word to your life. You’ll enjoy genuine biblical Community and you’ll find endless opportunity for ministry to and through your Connection class.
Council Road has Connection classes at the 8:00, 9:15 and 10:45 hours.
