Team Coordinators
Beth Dempsey
Beth Dempsey began work at Council Road in 1998 in the Singles Ministry, then felt called to the Student Ministry in 2002. She now serves at the Cause Team Coordinator. She loves the ministry at the Cube, which is our community building. Her team includes the areas of evangelism, middle school and high school students, cross-cultural ministries and recreation. Beth's office is located in the Cube.
Ali Hunt
Ali Hunt has ministered as the Community Team Coordinator since 2006. She assists the following ministry areas: Community, Celebrate Recovery, Pastoral Care and Women's Ministry. She spends much of her time with the young singles group that she and her husband direct. Ali's office is located in the Education Building.
Kelli Stewart
Kelli Stewart has worked at Council Road Baptist Church since 2004, the last two years in the role of Celebration Team Coordinator. She coordinates all worship services and special events in our Worship Center. She also assists in the church wide advertising and special promotional opportunities. Kelli's office is located in the Worship Center.
Sarah Sutton
Sarah Sutton currently serves as the Connection Team Coordinator, and has functioned off and on at Council Road since 1984 in just about every area. Her team includes Married Adults, Singles, Capstone, Preschool, Children and Church Records. She is also in charge of the Discover Lunch for guests and newcomers, as well as much of the writing and editing for all teams. Sarah's office is located in the Education Building.
Administration
Lois Davis
Lois Davis answers the phones in the morning from 8-12:30 and handles all receptionist duties.
Susan Manning
Susan Manning has acted as our Controller in the Finance Office since 1995. She assists with all financial business, human resources and benefits. She also serves as our Wedding Coordinator. Susan's office is located in the Education Building.
Susan Roberts
Susan Roberts keeps everyone here well fed as she has served as our Food Service Director since 2001. She takes great joy in serving, loving and ministering to people. She loves the special ministry we have in providing families with a meal after a funeral.
Rene’ Sanders
Rene’ Sanders serves as our Executive Assistant to our Senior Pastor and our Administrator and has enjoyed this role since 2006. In addition to her duties in these offices, she is also in charge of the weekly Worship Guide publication. Rene's office is located in the education building.
Jennifer Willey
Jennifer Willey answers our phones in the afternoon from 12:30-5 and handles all receptionist duties.
Ministry Assistants
Claree Cox
Claree Cox has worked as our Capstone Ministry Assistant (senior adults) part-time since 2006. In addition to helping the Minister to Capstone, she also assists their teachers with their connection classes, mission projects, various large events and travel. Claree's office is located in Room 100 in the Education Building.
Teresa Leming-Hart
Teresa Leming-Hart has worked as the church records coordinator since 2006. Her duties include keeping all of the information on our membership up to date, handling guest and new member information, posting attendance for connection classes and the yearly promotion of all preschool and children.
Dondra Lonsdale
Dondra Lonsdale is our Preschool Ministry Assistant and Kidz Klub Coordinator (Preschool Connection Classes). She has served at CRBC since 2003, starting originally as the Mother’s Day Out Coordinator.
Katie Nason
Katie Nason serves as a part-time Children’s Ministry Assistant. She works with the Kid’s Worship team and 3rd Floor Live, in addition to assisting with Kids Summer Camp and Vacation Bible School.
Stacie Woodward
Stacie Woodward works in the Children’s office part-time as a Children’s Ministry Assistant. In addition to assisting with the weekly preparation of Kid’s Worship and 3rd Floor Live, she also helps with the large events such as Kids Summer Camp and Vacation Bible School.
