Rick Thompson
Pastor Rick is the directional leader of CRBC.  He provides leadership to our staff and is responsible for the vision casting, teaching and pastoral ministry of our church. Go to Pastors Blog.

Norman Behymer
Norman has been a part of the Council Road story for over 30 years.  He provides leadership as Executive Pastor responsible for event planning and promotions, and provides directional leadership for the celebration team.   He also leads worship for our 9:15 service.

Kyle Pewitt
 Kyle is our Administrator and is responsible for leadership within marketplace ministries. Kyle also serves as our operations/financial officer and oversees our ministry expenses and resources.  He also provides operational support and leadership to our community team and mission objectives.

Clint Chamberlain
 Clint is our small groups pastor providing leadership on our community team.  He is responsible for community groups as well as the team lead for the small group ministry of Celebrate Recovery, Men’s Fraternity and the women’s ministry.

Chris Wall
 Chris is another long-termer at Council Road.  He is the team lead for the cause team, consisting of the student, cross-cultural and CUBE ministries.  He is also responsible for the direction of our Eplore the Journey discipleship and oversees our baptsim events.

Todd Tamura 
Todd is our minister to adults while serving as the Connection team lead.  Todd works closely with our Capstone and Singles ministry leads, in addition to heading up the development of adult connection classes.
